How to not get pissed when I am playing a tennis match?

in

I am a professional tennis player and my game is awesome and everything get but i can get mad so easily after a couple of games.... How to stop this?

Answer:
Tennis is a frustrating game. Focus more on playing 1 point at a time. Nothing is more important than the next point so if its in the past, let it go, understand your mistake or their strengths and put it behind you. The only thing separating the top 800 player from the top 100 player is mental toughness. Getting angry is a sign of weakness. Controlling your emotions can be as important as controlling your ground strokes.

How to know when your ready to do a backhand spring?

in

I can do them easily on a trampoline and can do back tucks with no jump. I can also do backhandsprings down an inclined mat, no spot. I was wondering when I would be able to do this on my own on the floor.
My first day back to gymnastics I was doing a back walkover and I pounced on my hands like a backhandspring and yeah, when should infer it?

Answer:
is not a tennis question

How to avoid hitting the rim of my racket?

in

Whenever I clear the bird hits the rim. It's annoying how to I train it out of me?

Answer:
At first, practice by hitting at the center of the court with a mate or a trainer slowly. The key is the legs. You always need to move them, at first, move them rapidly with active feet and then hit the ball while verifying that it hits the stings of the racket. When you will be more at ease go in the back of the court and practice, still with active feet to get to a good position with the ball.

How to get on my high school tennis team?

in

I am currently in my last year of middle school, and I have never really played tennis before. I never really pursued a sport, but I want to get very good at tennis. I've never really played before, excluding with friends. This summer and the end of the school year, I'm taking tennis lessons from a coach that are individual, and plan on practicing a lot. I've been watching tons of videos on tennis as well. I really hope to make the team next year, any tips?

Answer:
At the school I go to people have come on with no experience except like what you have and have done alright but because there are usually between 10 and 14 people in a match if you want to be in the matches on a regular basis you definitely should practice over the summer but go for the team it's really fun and helps you stay fit.
