How to book a road trip around Switzerland?

Me and my husband want to do a driving holiday around beautiful Switzerland, we are looking to June 2013. We want to hire a car and drive to the beautiful mountain locations. Haven't decided on Geneva or Zurich.

Can you please advise on car hire companies and where I can book cheap but nice b&b and also what areas and locations are the best for a road trip of 10 days?

Thank in advance!

Answer:
Switzerland is a country to be visited by train, not by car as trains can go by narrow bridges and tunnels and you can only access to the most amazing landscapes by train ... trains go everywhere in Switzerland, they're clean, modern, always in time. The cost of living is high in Switzerland, accomodation is expensive, even at B&B or farms, prices are often given by person, not by room. Eating out is also expensive. I'd start by Geneva - Montreux - Luzern - Gstaad and end with the most spectacular Zurich - Saint Moritz - Zermatt. Take boat trips on the lakes of Geneva, Luzern and Zurich, the landscapes are unique. Take the panoramic trains : Bernina, Glacier Express, Golden Pass. http://www.swiss-pass.ch/en http://www.rhb.ch/index.php?id=34?&L=4 http://www.goldenpass.ch/default.asp?Language=EN http://www.sbb.ch/en/home.html http://www.bnb.ch/ http://www.swissworld.org/en/geography/ http://www.myswitzerland.com/en/home.html http://www.lakeluzern.ch/en/ http://www.zermatt.ch/en/ http://www.luzern.com/en/index.cfm
