How to switch ball flight from draw to fade?

in

I'm starting to get out of control with my draw, and I'd like to change my flight from a towering high draw to a medium-high fade. Every time I open up my stance it still draws. I'm a 4 handicap. I'd just like some suggestions. By the way I'm left handed.

Answer:
to turn a draw into a power fade simply swing like it is going to draw BUT do like ben hogan did to convert his draw, do not let the shaft roll over for lefty club head right and handle left, half way through to your finish, instead make sure your right elbow is shoulder high and bent to 90 degrees and the club head is left and the handle to the right for a picture http://www.golf.com/instruction/hit-reliable-fade video of martin hall http://www.golfchannel.com/media/school-golf-extra-credit-tip-eliminating-your-hook-060612/

How to get into a habit of practicing golf?

in

I want to get better at golf but my parents are divorced and my golf clubs are in TX and my mom won't let me bring them to my dad's and my dad doesn't have much money. So I try to practice without anything, just practice swinging, but I get bored and don't want to do it. Is there anyway I could make it more fun so I can get better?

Answer:
A golf driving range or even a public municipal golf course would have clubs that you can use. They will probably charge you if you want the whole set of rental clubs. Let your mom know the rental charge for a full set of clubs at your dad's local course. Use about $300 for your own set of clubs. Try to convince your mother that it is better to have two sets of standard clubs rather than renting clubs.
